Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all controllers, haptic modules, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Wield VR
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our quality control center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
